This is a brand new OE replacement harmonic balancer from Dorman. If you have a 3 V-belt system (with power steering), you will need to transfer the 'bolt-on' pulley from the front of your old balancer to this one. Piece of cake! =o) PD
Not for use on applications with a "multi-groove" accessory belt!
