All warranty requests must be returned to me so I can forward the suspect item to the manufacturer. I do not set their policies and am not in a position to "tell them how to administer" your claim. Please note that the industry standard is to replace the item only. No aftermarket product line offers replacement of other damaged parts as a result of an alleged warranty request.
