Just a few words about shipping internationally:
The business decision to only ship to U.S. addresses allows my small family-run operation to serve all U.S. customers efficiently without being tangled up in the web (a very sticky one) of international shipping forms, customs value declarations, shipping calculations, requests to fraudulently identify merchandise as 'gifts' and, on and on and . . . . . This also allows PartsDinosaur.com to keep the payroll as low as possible, which contributes to the low wholesale pricing that we can offer on a daily basis.
However, if you are an international customer who is interested in these low prices, you will need to do the work that is necessary to find a package forwarding service who can serve your needs. Do you have a friend or agent in the USA who can forward your purchase to you? It gets simple for each customer to work out their own logistics before placing an order. It is very difficult and time consuming for me to do that work for world-wide customers who may not understand how many details can be involved.
I also have had enough experience(s) with international customers who believe they can "send my own courier to pick up the package" and that concept has never been easy, has always created communication frustrations and always uses way too much time trying to find solutions to "problems" . . . . SO, NO, I will not be a part of that type of transaction. (enough said)
